This is a very nice detached house near the village of Las Barreras, which is 5 mins drive from Orgiva.

The house is in very good condition, has been very well built, and is nicely decorated in a rustic style yet with all modern conveniences. The house has three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, and 1 single). There is a large open-plan kitchen and sitting room area, with an enclosed fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern. There is also a bathroom, with shower.

The outside space is very private with a covered patio in front of the door, two other terraces, and a garden around the swimming pool.

The property is in a very quiet area surrounded by many olive trees, and with amazing views to the mountains.
