This is a very desirable spanish villa. It is a property of a very high quality and well decorated. The views from here are a lovely with the Sierra Lújar in front.

The house has been built in two floors with lovely beamed ceiling, tiled floors and nice garden outside. The house has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom fully fitted and good decorated and a nice terrace with amazing views to the mountains in the second floor.
The first floor has a very spacious open plan kitchen very relaxing with a close fire place, tv. In the kitchen area, as well as all the necessary facilities, such a hob, microwave. In this floor there is another bedroom and a bathroom with the washing machine.

Coming outside there is a porch for shade and a large private garden with a very nice pool. There is a barbacue area and the whole property is fenced.
