Casa Rivas - Orgiva, Spain - Property ref 20

This is a lovely property set just above Orgiva with beautiful views of the mountains, and with good access to all the local amenities. There are actually 2 homes within Casa Rivas; a lovely small casita and a larger family-sized casa. They can be rented together to accommodate a large party (see details for ref no. 22), or alternatively can be rented separately.
Please note – in order to guarantee your privacy and relaxation we will not rent out both homes at the same time to different parties.

The larger Casa Rivas is on the top floor and is reached by a flight of stairs. It is a good-sized house with 4 bedrooms (2 twin, and 2 double rooms), a large fully fitted bathroom, a separate shower room, a fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, a dining room/lounge with woodburning stove, and an extra separate lounge area, and TV. It also has a delightful roof terrace providing superb views of the surrounding mountains. The pool is shared between the 2 properties and measures 8 x 3.20m.
