Casita Hoopoe - Orgiva, Spain - Property ref 15

Hoopoe sleeps up to six people, and consists of: A double bedroom with a traditional beamed room with walk in wardrobe, and a twin bedroom. The sofa bed in the lounge can be used for two more people.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The kitchen/diner is very well equipped. The granite work surface supplies plenty of space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, double basin sink, large eye level fridge freezer, cooker/oven, toaster, juicer iron and ironing board and dining table + chairs.

The lounge has a sofa + sofa bed, wood burning stove, cd hi-fi, mobile gas heater, bedroom fan, loads of books and games. etc.

The shaded private terrace has wooden furniture as well as a bench stone seat. The garden is private with an ample supply of fruit nearly all year round. The ancient olive trees provide organic oil for your purchase and shade for you and your car.
Your car is parked securely next to your casita.

Prices for 2007.
Beginning of March to end of October and Christmas fortnight.
£350 per week for up to 4 people.
A supplement of £20 each per week for 5/6 people.
November to February 35 euros per couple per night.
