Casita Rivas - Orgiva, Spain - Property ref 21

This is a lovely property set just above Orgiva with beautiful views of the mountains, and with good access to all the local amenities. There are actually 2 homes within Casita Rivas; a lovely small casita and a larger family-sized casa. They can be rented together to accommodate a large party (see details for ref no. 22), or alternatively can be rented separately.
Please note – in order to guarantee your privacy and relaxation we will not rent out both homes at the same time to different parties.

The smaller Casita Rivas is on the lower level and has 2 bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double room), a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen/lounge with washing machine, fridge, gas hob, dining table, fireplace, and TV. There is an attractive patio area with tables and chairs, providing a tranquil and relaxing setting and looking out onto the lovely garden. The pool is shared between the 2 properties and measures 8 x 3.20m
