This is the perfect property to choose to experience life in the beautiful mountain villages of this region. The house is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, and overlooking one of the valleys of Las Alpujarras. The views from here are incredible, and for a relaxing and refreshing ‘get away from it all’ holiday then there surely cannot be a better location. It is about a 20 minute drive to the larger town of Orgiva, so you are assured peace and tranquillity, and yet can easily reach shops and other facilities if desired. Here in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada the time seems to slow down and you can appreciate the wonderful nature around you; the birds, flowers, animals, as well as the amazing scenery and the starry sky at night.

The house, which has been recently renovated in the traditional and authentic style of the Las Alpujarras area, has 3 bedrooms, (1 double and 2 twin rooms), which are all nice and light rooms. The open-plan lounge/diner is a large and spacious area, with a traditional fireplace and lovely beamed ceilings. There is also a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, and a satellite TV. The kitchen is nicely designed with a breakfast bar, and there are all the necessary facilities to ensure a lovely holiday.

The house has a traditional stone-built look, and is a very pretty building. The outside of the property is also well designed with a large swimming pool and plenty of seating areas to enjoy the views. There is an outside oven/BBQ so you can cook and eat outside, surrounded by the lovely scenery. The land and gardens belonging to the house measure 8,000-9,000 sq.m so there is a great deal of space and privacy here.
