This is a delightful Alpujarran Cortijo situated above the town of Orgiva, with stunning views of the Sierra Lujar and Sierra Nevada. It can sleep 6 people, in 3 bedrooms so would be perfect for a family holiday. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Tropical are only a 40min drive away, as is the amazing city of Granada with the Alhambra Palace. The spa town of Lanjaron is only about a 20min drive away, as are the white-washed mountain villages of Pampaneira, Bubion, and Capileira. As well as these fascinating places to visit, there are also numerous walks, cycling routes, horse-riding activities, bird-watching opportunities, etc, all providing a wonderful and memorable holiday. Alternatively, as the house is very peaceful and private, it is perfect for a relaxing and quiet break.

There are double gates and a private driveway at the property with plenty of parking, and the house is surrounded by lovely trees that provide shade and privacy. The front door leads into an open-plan dining room/lounge and kitchen, with a typical Alpujarran fireplace and TV. The room is well decorated with white walls and has a modern yet cosy feel to it. The kitchen has a hob and microwave, and a fridge-freezer and is well supplied with all the necessary crockery etc. A hallway from the main room leads to 3 good-sized bedrooms (2 double rooms, and 1 twin room), and a fully fitted bathroom with bath. Outside the house there is a large patio area which has plenty of shade in the hot sun, and looks out over the wonderful views. From May to Sept there is a pool provided, measuring 5m across and 1m20 deep, and there are also plenty of sun-loungers and a BBQ. The house also has a roof terrace, which provides another relaxing space and more views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.

Prices per week
Low season 600 Euros, Mid season 620 Euros, High season 750 Euros.

Extra days after one week stay are calculated by dividing the weekly price by 7 and rounding up to the nearest Euro.
