This is a lovely cottage set above a charming valley with wonderful views. It is located at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, so it really does provide a holiday full of memorable scenery and views, and peace and tranquillity. Staying here will give you a taste of the traditional life in the Spanish countryside, full of wildlife, friendly people, lovely walks, fresh mountain air, and relaxation.

Fruit trees, extensive lawns, and beautiful flowers surround the property, so you will immediately feel part of the nature around you. The house is built in the traditional stone-built Alpujarran style, which provides a very cosy and attractive property. A covered patio area looks out to the mountain views, and the swimming pool is delightful.

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), a fully fitted kitchen with lots of cupboards and storage, a lovely bathroom, and a lounge/diner with wood-burning stove, white-washed walls, and other traditional features. There is also a TV and washing machine at the house, as well as a BBQ outside.

The town of Orgiva is about 20mins drive away, so all provisions can be easily purchased as well as facilities such as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. However all this is far enough away from Los Perez to ensure a relaxing and peaceful holiday, and the chance to recharge your batteries and escape the everyday stresses of normal life.

Discount: 10% for one week or 20% for two weeks in April, May, June, September and October
