This is a lovely stone-faced and white-washed property, very well-built and comfortable and with a nice homely feel. It is set on the outskirts of Orgiva town so is in a perfect location as it is quiet and private, and yet there is only a short walk to the shops, cafes, bars etc of the town. There are stunning views all around, and you can look up to the Sierra Nevada and across to the Sierra Contraviesa and Sierra Lujar mountains. The house has been built and decorated to a very high standard, and there are lots of nice touches to emphasise the traditional features inside the house, and make the most of the views and countryside outside the house.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 being twin rooms and 1 being a double room with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a large family bathroom with shower. The open plan lounge/dining room is a good size with a lovely fireplace and views out to the countryside. There is a TV and DVD player, and a CD player. The kitchen is well designed and opens up into the lounge/dining area, and has a fridge/freezer, hob, and microwave. There are beamed ceilings and tiled floors throughout the house, and also lots of windows and light. There are electric heaters for extra heating, and a fold-up bed to sleep an extra person, and a cot for a child.

Outside is a large garden area with a lovely pool, measuring 8.60m x 5.10m, a shaded patio perfect for outside dining, a BBQ area with shade, and a utility space with washing machine. There is lots of seating and sunloungers, and several olive trees. The grounds and house are not overlooked at all, so are very private. There are private gates to the house and plenty of parking.

Changeover days are any day of the week, this helps you to find cheaper flights, except from 2 July to 3 Sept, when changeovers must be from Saturday to Saturday
